By using Temp2U, you agree to these terms. They explain what we provide, what you are responsible for, and when we may restrict or end abusive use.
Forwarding alias
Create one after verifying the destination email; pause or delete it anytime. Quotas are based on what your dashboard shows.
30-day message storage
For viewing, spam marking, and retrying failed delivery—not permanent backup or compliance archiving.
Acceptable use
Spam, fraud, ban evasion, rights violations, and activity that harms our systems are prohibited.
Allowed uses
- Receive registration codes and one-time confirmation emails
- Create manageable forwarding aliases for different subscriptions
- Test email workflows you own or are authorized to test
- Pause aliases that have been exposed or are no longer needed

- Impersonate, defraud, harass, or evade law enforcement
- Create accounts in bulk to bypass platform limits or bans
- Scan, attack, scrape, or disrupt service infrastructure

1. Accepting the terms and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are able to enter into this agreement in your location and will comply with applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not continue using the service. Some features may have additional instructions on their pages; those instructions and these terms together govern your use.
2. The service
Temp2U provides short-term inboxes without login, plus forwarding aliases authenticated by email code and 30-day message storage. Actual periods, capacity, domains, and quotas are determined by the product interface and system response.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue non-core features, while making reasonable efforts not to disrupt ongoing normal use without notice. Because this is a temporary service, addresses and content automatically expire according to their stated periods.
3. Account and login security
Forwarding accounts are verified through a destination email you control and do not use an on-site password. Protect your email, login tokens, verification codes, and two-step verification keys, and take responsibility for activity on your account.
If you discover unauthorized access, end the session immediately, secure your destination email, and contact support. Never send verification codes to anyone; Temp2U Support will not ask for a complete one-time code.
4. Temporary email limitations
Temporary email is for short-term receiving, not a permanent identity, backup service, or dependable recovery method for important accounts. After an address expires, is replaced, or is cleared, messages and access may not be recoverable.
Some third parties reject disposable domains or delay delivery, and we cannot control their registration policies. You are responsible for deciding whether a target website allows and is suitable for a temporary address.
5. Forwarding aliases and quotas
An alias forwards received email to a verified address, and you can pause, resume, or delete it. After deletion, the same address is not guaranteed to be available again; messages received while paused may be discarded.
Quotas help ensure fair use and system stability, and your dashboard displays the current limits. We may throttle or reject creation in response to clear automated abuse; quotas are not intended for reserving or hoarding addresses.
6. Lawful and fair use
Use the service only for lawful purposes, and respect third-party terms, intellectual property, privacy, and communication preferences. When testing your own systems, you must own them or have explicit authorization.
Do not use the service to conceal the source of fraud, harass others, distribute malware, evade bans, or create fake accounts at scale. Attempts to bypass limits, probe tokens, or interfere with other users are prohibited.
7. Message content and third parties
Messages are provided by third-party senders, and we do not control their authenticity, legality, links, or attachments. Displaying or forwarding a message does not mean that Temp2U endorses it or is partnered with the sender.
Verify the source before opening links, downloading attachments, or relying on instructions in a message. Reports of suspected infringement or illegal content may be sent to support@temp2u.com with enough information to locate it.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit requests, suspend aliases, or end access if use creates a security risk, violates these terms, responds to a valid legal requirement, or affects others. In an emergency, we may act first and explain the reason within a reasonable scope afterward.
You may stop using a temporary inbox, delete aliases and messages, or contact support to request account deletion. Termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination or provisions that by their nature should continue.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, network failures, sender restrictions, force majeure, or security incidents may cause delays and interruptions. The service is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee that it suits every critical use.
We will describe major feature or terms changes on the website and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, you may stop using the service and delete your account before the new terms take effect.
10. Fees and future paid features
Features clearly marked as free on this page may be used within their published limits. If paid plans become available in the future, we will clearly show pricing, billing periods, refunds, and renewal terms before purchase; simply viewing this page will never result in a charge.
If paid features launch, their order terms will supplement this agreement. Taxes, payment disputes, and cancellation methods will be explained at checkout.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temp2U is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or opportunities. In particular, we do not guarantee that temporary addresses are suitable for payment, medical, government, or critical business communications.
Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not limited by this section. Any limitation is interpreted under applicable law and does not reduce non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
12. Disputes, contact, and entire agreement
If a problem arises, first contact us at support@temp2u.com with the relevant service and time, and we will try to resolve it in good faith. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by non-excludable consumer rules where you live together with the rules of the service's operating location.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and product instructions expressly incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective; failing to enforce a right immediately does not permanently waive it.
